ISL3893 Recovery

  • remove the power
  • press and hold the reset button
  • Apply the power
  • release the reset button.

When you are one of the lucky console cable users you should see:

Strange... no dhcp .. after another go I got:

Conclusion: 192.0.2.93 should always work, dhcp works less reliable.

After this recovery boot you can upload firmware below 1.7MB by using tftp
